Eddie was out on an 8 hour today for a Canada Day charter. W. Van was productive again today for multiple hook ups on coho. We also managed to get into one spring that peeled off a good amount of line before a long line release. There were a few springs up Howe Sound today and a few springs off the QA. We are getting reports at the shop of springs in the Cheakamus River so there are definitely some springs migrating up Howe Sound and anglers are picking them off at Hole in the Wall, Sunset, and up towards Porteau. That being said, you have to log your hours in to come across these fish. The more consistent action for us has been off W. Van for coho.
